Personal Integrity

It's 11.30 pm and my brainwave is still active. Hope I have enought energy to go for the wave run. Need to find my way there, or take a cab => Mustn't allow anything to prevent me from going. It's a personal integrity. Already I have slackened since clearing my IPPT - only gone for 3 jogs - as complacency has set in. But hey, I still need to stay slim.
