Stitches removed

Went to the clinic to have my stitches removed. There after went to the gym. The treadmill were taken up, so I did the stationary bike for about 15 mins and headed home because father was waiting for me. Chatted with him for a while before he went about taking care of Joel. It's a morning well spent before I go back to office in the afternoon.
